Client Relationship Consultant - Salary between £24,000 - £29,000
Location: Homebased but with a preference for Southern England - there will be a requirement to travel to our offices in either Eastleigh or Norwich on a monthly basis.

Aviva currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Client Relationship Consultant within our Client Relationship Management (CRM) Team. The role will provide vital support to the CRM Team which is responsible for looking after our largest corporate clients who contribute a significant share of income to our Group Protection business. This is a perfect opportunity for someone that l oves to deliver outstanding customer service and experience, whilst also working within a large corporate environment.
A bit about the job:
This role supports the strategic direction of the GP Business. It helps to retain and grow client relationships by adding value and showing the strength and breadth of our proposition. You will analyse and prepare collective client data to help the team show insight and help influence policy and process with key client stakeholders. You will provide all aspects of support to the team including preparing presentations, leading due diligence requests and troubleshooting for our key clients as well as in box management.
You will also be a key point of contact for our clients when the CRM is with other clients and there may be opportunities for you to manage your own portfolio of clients.

- Analytical ability and detail oriented - able to present back to a client identifying key insights with solutions
- Working under pressure - stretching deadlines
- Communication skills, written & verbal, delivering challenging messages
- Client orientated and understanding of their needs
- Experience working in a corporate client-facing role in an insurance/broker environment with group risk experience
What you'll get for this role:
- Salary between £24,000 - £29,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications).
