Job Description – Client Service Analyst (Audits & Sample Testing)

IDFL is seeking a positive, bright, and focused team member to be a part of our Client Service team. Client Service analysts support our audit certification and testing teams, who work with materials designed for the outdoor, bedding, and fashion industries.

Primary Responsibilities: Audit Client Services

• Corresponding with clients to handle their certification inquiries.
• Update and maintain data integrity for the audit operating system.
• Forward agreements/quotations to clients.
• Support and assist the USA auditors with organization of daily/weekly audit activities.

Secondary Responsibilities: Sample Testing Services

• Check, and confirm the client submitted sample and application form are correct and enter to the operating system.
• Prepare a sample work order and distribute the work order and sample to the relevant laboratory team.
• Contact clients and laboratory personnel and coordinate any issues.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding standards, procedures, and client requirements.
• Prepare test reports and send to clients.

Training will be provided.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1. High level of integrity and honesty

2. 2+ years of work experience in related fields such as client service, textiles, audits/certifications, etc.

3. Must be fluent in English. Other language abilities are highly desirable.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Ability to work independently and proactively.

6. Ability to work as part of a team.

7. Strong investigative and problem-solving skills.

8. Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail.

9. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

10. Excellent computer skills with experience in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience with fabrics, garments, or apparel quality and/or textiles highly desired

2. Knowledge of audit procedures and activities (i.e., ISO 9001, ISO 19011)

Education

College 2-yr or 4-yr Degree is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
