Our client, Fratarcangeli Wealth Management, is actively seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to join their high-functioning team. The CSA is responsible for providing an unforgettable first impression to perspective clients and serves as a positive and efficient client service resource ongoing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring all client needs are promptly and accurately addressed; politely answer telephone calls; address calls as appropriate or take detailed messages as needed
- Responsible for accurately answering initial questions from perspective or new clients
- Review and respond to all electronic correspondence; promptly address issues and concerns with professionalism and attention to resolution
- Provide exceptional customer service through positive client interaction; exceed the client’s overall expectations of customer service and exhibit a high level of professionalism and confidentiality of client information
- Support the Managing Principal and Lead Relationship Manager with a variety of administrative tasks, including preparing materials for client meetings and managing multiple high-priority tasks
- Create and maintain client files, prepare client forms and reports from rough draft and originating correspondence as requested
- Create and close accounts; add power of attorney and trading authority as applicable, link life insurance and annuity accounts, complete client registrations and proactively address and follow-through on client service requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Associates degree preferred
- 5 years minimum experience as a Client Service Associate required, with experience on a high net worth financial advisor team
- FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 preferred

- Possesses strong work ethics and high standards; determined to do whatever is necessary to support the team and serve clients
- Ability to remain energetic, motivated, and collaborative while working under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and achieve goals; adapts to change in the work environment, manages competing demands and multiple interruptions
- Intermediate- to advanced-level computer skills; ability and willingness to learn and effectively utilize new technologies as requested and required
