Moneta is searching for a service-minded Finance professional to join one of our Partner teams as a Client Service Manager in our Mission Hills, KS office. As a Client Service Manager, you will work directly with the team’s Advisors and Partners on a wide spectrum of projects that are focused on the client’s needs. Qualities that we look for in a Client Service Manager include organization, flexibility, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Responsibilities
- Assist Advisors and Partners in daily operations and develop a comprehensive understanding of team processes and procedures
- Research unique and complex situations as they arise
- Establish a rapport with clients as a trusted liaison between the client and their Advisor and/or Partner
- Implement Partner and/or Advisor investment recommendations via trading through Financial Custodial Systems (i.e. Schwab, Fidelity, etc.)
- Coordinate account transfers and confirm cost basis information for incoming assets
- Populate and maintain systems data and client files
- Verify client account cash balances, generate and review monthly available cash report
- Manage and prioritize daily workload in a fast-paced environment
- Work directly with third-party Custodians and Advisors to meet critical deadlines and industry cut-off times
- Contribute to an environment of open, honest, and timely communication
- Understand and reinforce the ‘Why’ in all your actions
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance field; GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience working in a team environment preferred
- Must be professional, personable, well organized, and have a strong attention to detail
- Analytical mindset and a comfort working with numbers
- Ability to be resourceful and flexible in interactions
