Prime Home Developmental Disabilities Services has been serving individuals with special needs for over 10 years. We offer a variety of programming in the Sarpy County and Omaha Metro to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This could be in one or more of the following: Residential, Day Service (four locations), In-Home supportive living and Behavior Health.
Prime Home Developmental Disabilities Services is a seeking a Clinical Director as we expand our Behavior Health Services. The Clinical Director should also have their LIMHP or APRN to join our organization in the Omaha and Papillion communities. The primary function of this position is to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA). Following the assessment, a Behavior Support Plan is developed and monitored, in coordination with the Clinical, Day Services, and Residential Services teams. The individuals served in this program have intellectual and developmental disabilities. Population served also includes people with SPMI, autism, and behavioral challenges.
Functions:
This position will focus on providing Consultative Assessment Services for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, while coordinating aspects of Functional Behavioral Assessments, Creation of Safety Plans and Behavioral Support Plans.
Provide feedback and input with regards to the development of all BSP's and Safety Plans as outlined by the FBA
Coordinate all training with regards to specific case plans for Direct Care Staff as related to the individual's needs
Develop Behavioral Strategies and Monitor the effectiveness for individuals in service, in conjunction with PHDDS Clinical Team.
Attend Meetings as necessary in order to develop effective strategies and ensure team communication.
