What you will do: Under minimal supervision, the Clinical Lab Scientist Lead has the authority and accountability for facilitating the delivery of quality service on a particular shift or within a sub-specialty of a laboratory discipline In doing so, may establish work priorities, staffing schedules and training of employees.

Hours: Full-time (1.0 FTE) 10pm-6:30am; Includes weekend and holiday rotations

Location: Edward Hospital (801 Washington St.), but may also work at the Plainfield location (24600 W. 127th St.)

What you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Healthcare, or Business
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technician
• Minimum one year of previous Medical Technologist and/or lab supervisory experience
• Flexibility with scheduling due to changing conditions
