• Review quality of care and monitor clinical problems and issues in supervision caseloads and make recommendations to clinicians for action.
• Review and address administrative problems, such as quota, paperwork, etc., with clinicians as requested by Clinical Director.
• Participate in all supervisory meetings.
• Serve as a member of the Multidisciplinary Team along with psychologists, nurses and psychiatrists.
• Act as liaison between administration and clinicians. Enforce agency policies with clinicians, and convey clinicians concerns to administration.
• Participate in relevant community activities as requested.
• Participate in Quality Improvement Process.
• Prepare written evaluations of supervisees and recommend salary increases, promotions, demotions, or dismissals.
• Maintain contracted quota of clients.
• Respond to reasonable expectations of the Agency and/or supervisor.

• Master Degree from an accredited School of Social Work; or Masters Degree in Psychology, Therapy or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited school.
• Must have LICSW.
