Job description
- Collaborate with program director and residential supervisors to manage clinical support for all residents.
- Provide clinical coaching and guidance to all program staff
- Develop individual treatment plans and create discharge plans
- Facilitate group, individual and family therapy
- Collaborate with program director to support resident educational needs with school systems
- Serve as liaison with Department of Children and Families (DCF) and with other service providers.
- Perform any other department or agency-related duties or special projects as directed by the program director
- Full-Time and Exempt Status
- Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday : On call weekend availbility
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $57,000.00 per year
