Some responsibilities and expectations that will be required of you as assistant are listed below!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assistant mangers are expected to be present in the store during peak business hours to ensure a smooth shift
• You will assist store manager in keeping costs under control i.e. food, paper and labor
• Ensure that each of your shifts run smoothly while keeping up with the Hot N Ready Promise
• Be responsible for your shift and those scheduled during your shift
• Efficiently open and close the store as per Little Caesars guidelines
• Make sure all responsibilities are being met i.e. placing food orders, proper cleaning and sanitizing at the end of each shift.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and ensure team members are also following these guidelines
