Maple Woods Manor is in search of second shift full-time and, Part TIME ACTIVITIES AIDE / CNA's that are responsible for assisting with the implementation of activity programs that enrich the life of our residents.

Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Participate in the development of an individualized and group activities based on resident needs.
• Review, follow and provide resident care in accordance with care plans
• Complete documentation as required
• Maintain confidentiality of residents
• Implement reality orientation programs
• Work cooperatively with residents, peers, nurses, physicians & families to assure the best care for our residents.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualified candidates will have:

• The passion to support the residents in activities that will help with socialization, entertainment, daily living activities, relaxation, and mental fulfillment.
• The ability to work in a Long-Term Care facility as required by regulations
• Current Michigan Certification for Nursing Assistants (CNA)

Schedule:

• 12:00-8:30pm
• Every other weekend
• Every other holiday
