Title: CNA/Caregiver - Non-Medical In-Home Care

Location: Watsonville, CA

We are a leading non-medical in-home care agency seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA/Caregiver to join our team in Watsonville, CA. As a CNA/Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our clients, ensuring that their daily living needs are met with compassion and professionalism. We offer a starting pay rate of $17.75 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed
• Plan and prepare meals for clients, following any dietary restrictions or preferences
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that promote physical and mental stimulation
• Communicate with clients and their families to ensure that their care needs are being met

Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification required
• At least 1 year of experience in caregiving, preferably in a home care setting
• Compassionate and caring nature, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
