Birchwood Properties is looking for New Team Members!

**We have immediate need for new team members. We are currently hiring for both full-time days/full-time nights**

We are searching for reliable, passionate, team-oriented staff to provide basic resident care in a AFC/Group-Home setting. We provide full-service care to our six residents. Duties include bathing, dressing, changing linens, meal preparation, and light cleaning, as well as delivering non-acute nursing care; including medication administration to our residents under the direction of our Registered Nurse and House Manager.

We have four homes located within Ann Arbor (3) and Chelsea (1). Our homes work in 12-hour shifts from 7:00-7:00 ( 9:00-3:00 for part-time ), and we require employee availability every other weekend. We offer both full-time and part-time positions. A CNA certificate is preferred, but not required to join our team. Training last between 1-3 shifts. Our starting pay is $15/hr.

Note: This posting is for our Ann Arbor locations, but we have full-time openings at our Chelsea location as well.

COVID-19 considerations:
To keep our staff and residents safe we are following all guidelines set by the CDC and the state of Michigan. We are strictly limiting the visitors in our homes to doctors and hospice nurses only and are providing masks and other basic PPE for our staff.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Home Health: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
