Job Title: CNA Med-Surg Adult - Fort Madison, Iowa
Job Description: We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with experience in Med-Surg Adult care to join our team on a contract basis. As a Night Shift CNA, you will provide direct patient care and work under the direction of our healthcare professionals. You will assist patients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, and help with mobility and transfers. This role requires you to be on the direct care worker registry for the state of Iowa and be certified.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in Med-Surg Adult unit.
Assist patients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Help with mobility and transfers.
Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
Must be on the direct care worker registry for the state of Iowa / be certified.
Previous experience in Med-Surg Adult care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts for 36 hours per week.
