Ovation Home Care is urgently hiring competent, compassionate Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our expanding team of employees in order to staff the new client cases we regularly receive.

We're a private duty (non-medical home health) agency based in Gainesville committed to create a better NOW for you, even as we create a better FUTURE for aging seniors.

WHAT'S THE JOB?

Our team members work with seniors in their homes to keep them safe, help them continue their recovery (if they're coming out of rehab or the hospital), provide nutritional support, assistance with transportation, and lots of other basic task that people need in order to live a happy, fulfilling life as they age in place.

Here's a list of responsibilities and duties:

• Personal hygiene, dressing, and shaving;
• Ambulation and physical transfer;
• Eating, and providing nutritional support;
• Medication reminders;
• Prescribed range of motion exercises;
• Measuring and prepping special diets;
• Engaging conversation and activities with the client;
• Running errands, like to a doctor’s appointment or grocery store;
• Light housework to keep the client’s residence safe and free from trip-and-fall hazards;
• etc

Compensation depends on experience and the hours you're able to commit.
