As the CNC Machinist you would be responsible for the setup and running of CNC lathe and mill equipment.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Setup and operate CNC metalworking machine tools such as lathe or milling machines (Haas and Mori Seiki) to machine parts to specifications and verifies conformance of parts.
- Ability to edit programs, change offsets and reduce set up time.
- Read and interpret blueprints, familiar with GD&T.
- Analyze written specifications, drawings, rough sketches, and verbal instructions to plan layout and determine sequence of operation.
- Set up and operate machines, including adjusting speeds and feeds, and the use of proper tooling and fixtures.
- Use full range of precision measuring and gauging tools to determine acceptability of parts. Perform preventative maintenance on machines as required part of PM schedule.
- Load, review, and edit programs using G&M code.
- Effectively and safely operate multiple machines at same time.
- Work with materials such as; steel, aluminum, bronze, tungsten and foam.
- Starting pay is $18-$27/hour based on experience level.
- 2 nd shift 2pm -1030pm or 3 rd shift 10pm 630am. Must be able to work over or on Saturdays for OT as needed.
- Must be able to train on 1 st shift for a period of time.

Skills/Qualifications
- Prefer 3 years' related experience and/or training in CNC machining.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions.
- Basic math and measuring.
- Will be subject to a pre-employment screening.
