Job Description
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and continuously learn new processes. Duties & Responsibilities

- Takes weights of material and performs simple mathematic calculations.
- Follows supervisor instructions for specific tasks in accordance with pre-determined guidelines.
- Performs routine maintenance and keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly.
- Loading and unloading parts, making necessary speed and feed adjustments, conducting in process sample visual and quality inspections.
- Candidate shall be able to perform set-ups on CNC using existing programs and fixturing.
- Candidate shall be accountable for housekeeping of his/her area and cleanliness of his/her machine as well as routine machine care and maintenance.
- Position regularly requires the employee to: stand, use hands to handle and/or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
- The work environment includes working near moving mechanical parts and machines that create a moderately high noise level.
- Work as part of a team, understand and apply work-related documents such as operating manuals, maintenance instructions, drawings.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and is required to walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
