Job description
TempExperts is seeking a CNC Programmer for a growing Tampa company!
Responsibilities will include:
- Read and edit G & M code
- Create programs from 3-D models
- Knowledge of how to read blueprints and formulate programs
- Optimize tooling packages and tool selection
- Assist in reduction of cycle time and set up time
- Manage return program uploaded by the machinists
- Set up and run machine as needed
- Provide training to operators
- Tooling, fixture, machine ad-hoc problem solving
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 5+ years experience in CNC programming
- Proficient with CAD and CAM software
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Knowledge of reading and editing machine programming language
- Experience with Mastercam and Espirit
- Ability to follow company production or safety procedures and pass internal certification training
