Mullin Main is seeking a Coach & General Education Teacher
This position will provide instruction and coach students to develop skills and ability to excel in assigned sport(s). Contribute to the education program as a whole and to the growth of students involved in athletics. This position will provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences in the core academic subject area assigned to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. Enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society.
Education/Certification: Bachelors degree from an accredited University, Valid Texas teaching certificate, prefer SPED certification. Current automated external defibrillator (AED) certificate, Clear and valid Texas commercial driver’s license with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements. Special Knowledge/Skills include: Coaching techniques and procedures, Knowledge of UIL rules, Ability to instruct and supervise student athletes, Ability to pass DOT alcohol and drug tests and annual physical, Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Experience: 2 years of experience as a coach or participant in sport assigned.
