Mastermind.com is looking for an experienced Coaching Coordinator to manage clients enrolled in our various coaching programs, primarily through email coaching. Our worldwide clients are people looking to take their life & business to the next level.

The Role:

• Join the largest brand disrupting the digital product space, backed by Dean Graziosi and Tony Robbins
• Mastermind.com is a career-driven company where you will have the potential to help people improve themselves, get to the next level in their businesses, and get better business results
• Our compensation model is based on experience and will be between 50 to 60k annually
• Receive world-class coaching training, product knowledge training, and the tools needed to satisfy our clients
• This coaching position is based in Arizona. You will work from the Mastermind headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the client inbox and attend to coaching questions promptly
• Provide one-to-one coaching sessions primarily by email or occasionally by virtual meetings
• Conduct short Sprint sessions of 15 minutes duration to support customers in between full sessions
• Develop standards and systems to answer recurring questions and problem areas
• Guide clients through email in implementing breakthrough strategies provided by the program through coaching
• Attend regular meetings with the Mastermind coaching teams and learn deeply about our clients and the product to provide immense value to clients
• Deliver a best-in-class client experience to all people looking to engage with a Mastermind offer, event, or coach

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of Coaching and Mentoring experience working in a life coaching or business coaching setting
• Exceptional negotiation skills to find winning solutions for both parties
• Able to work independently, multi-tasking to manage a variety of projects
• Able to develop a strong rapport with clients and maintain excellent working relationships
• Knowledge of sound business practices and excellent customer services skills
• Able to recognize, analyze, assess, diagnose and prescribe business solutions for specific client needs.
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills with the profound ability and sophistication to speak with people from all walks of life and backgrounds
• Upbeat attitude with a true passion and interest in the client journey and helping others succeed

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
