Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- The Cocktail Server/Model is responsible for providing quality guest serving beverages, food, and amenities in all areas of the lounges or the assigned work area and handles cash and credit transactions at the point-of-sale system (POS).
- The Cocktail Server/ Model participates in in-house modeling programs, special casino events, banquet service functions, and performs model/presenter tasks at Wynn Las Vegas events.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English to guest and co-workers.
- Must have strong knowledge of spirits, wines, champagne, mixed cocktails; experience in European Bottle service preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in high volume beverage, lounge, restaurant, or nightclub setting; previous model/ presenter experience preferred but not required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- Requires the ability to work within a team environment. If hired in a steady extra (SE) position, the Cocktail-Server-Model must be available to work all shifts including day, swing and grave shift.
