• Send out invoices to customers and clients along with other related documentation
• Keep track of all invoices sent and revenue collected for each job
• Contact customers and clients on a regular basis to expedite the payment collection
• Ability to communicate with insurance adjusters to negotiate final bill/estimate
• Meet with Management to review progress and AR reports
• If needed, refer aging AR issues to collection agencies or attorneys

• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Must be proactive and assertive when necessary
• Previous collections or invoicing experience preferred. Estimating experience in the restoration industry a plus.
