Commercial Building Maintenance Technician
Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Commercial Building Maintenance Technician to join our team! Successful candidate will be a reliable individual skilled in the construction trades, with demonstrated experience in building maintenance and maintenance person services. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Area of service to cover Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson and Boulder City locations.

Electrical experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Manage time effectively, and perform work in a safe and professional manner
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• Prepare work order invoices and related documentation in written and electronic format

Qualifications:

• Previous electrical experience
• Previous experience in building maintenance and construction trades, i.e. plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, tile, etc.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment. Must have own basic hand tools
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening test
• Dependable transportation (truck or van) w/ active auto insurance
• Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record (provide NV DMV driver history printout)
• OSHA 10-hr
• Must possess good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Repair work occurs in active locations that are open for business, but which have strict covid-19 guidelines which must be followed in order to work in their stores.

• Building Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
