Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Administrator with a solid background in construction accounting. This position is ideal for a self-driven individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction administration and project accounting. If you have experience with development or proformas, that is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a variety of construction administration, coordinating, and accounting tasks including, but not limited to, notifications, submittals, releases, AIA payment applications, cashflow projections, and project PnL.

Coordinating project activities from initiation to completion, ensuring projects align with time, scope, and budgetary constraints.

Accurately recording meeting minutes and diligently maintaining project documentation.

Assisting with general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction and accounting, preferably within the retail and restaurant sectors.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is essential, while knowledge of BuilderTrend will be highly regarded.

A comprehensive understanding of construction accounting principles and procedures.

Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Robust written and verbal communication skills.

Relevant certification in construction accounting or project management will be an advantage.
