• Submit applications to eligible & appropriate carriers and follow-up
• Prepare summaries of insurance, schedules, & proposals for account reviews
• Maintain & update electronic and transactional files
• Solicit clients to increase coverage
• Design insurance plans for clients
• Work flexible full-time hours between 7 AM and 6 PM

We are looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager who will aid clients with service needs and make changes to existing accounts. Our Ideal Commercial Lines Account Manager:

• Experienced: Must have 2+ years in account management or assistant account management in the insurance industry.
• License: Must have a valid PA Property & Casualty License.
• Tech Savvy: Must have basic Microsoft knowledge and experience with the agency management system.
• Excellent Communicator: Effective written & oral communication is essential. Comfortable speaking with clients & insurance carriers.
• Detail-Oriented: High Ability to manage details, work with multiple deadlines, and work efficiently to succeed under pressure.
• Self-starter & Independent: You are hardworking, motivated, and take responsibility & ownership of your work.
• Team Player: Humble enough to admit mistakes. Drive to do a great job. Treats teammates with respect.
• Adaptable: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle interruptions.
