DEL-AIR is a rapidly growing industry leader with eight locations serving Central Florida - Clermont, Davenport, Jacksonville, Melbourne, Sanford (headquarters), Sarasota, and Tampa.

Primary Responsibilities: Under limited supervision, this position coordinates with commercial service technicians, customers, and supply houses in the acquisition and installation of parts and handles all claims with service calls on commercial A/C equipment.

Specific Duties & Tasks:

• Completes Purchase Orders and other paperwork pertaining to parts purchasing.
• Orders parts from suppliers and follows up on special order parts to ensure schedule can be met.
• Processes equipment returns and claims and follows up on credits.
• Maintains inventory levels on parts and supplies, the security of parts and supplies, and accurate computer records pertaining to parts.
• Quote installation prices to customers.
• Distribute parts and supplies to technicians.
• Reviews scheduled calls at least three days out to take advantage of technicians' shop days to minimize traffic to and from shop.
• Keeps daily update of hours worked for each technician and display at beginning of each day.
• Placement of call assignments based on area/qualification/need.
• Creates new service orders for technicians at site, should it be required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position may be considered.
• One year of administrative experience.
• One year of experience with answering phone calls or in customer service-related position
• Computer literate with expert knowledge in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint; working knowledge of all office equipment.
• Eligible to legally work in the United States.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to speak Spanish, preferred but not required.
• Successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
