Associate Attorney, Midlevel – Commercial Real Estate

Our client, a large and prominent law firm with an international presence, seeks an Associate Attorney (Midlevel) with 5-6 years’ experience to join their Real Estate group at their New York City headquarters.

As a 5th/6th year (class of 2018 or 2017) experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney, here you will be exposed to a wide and highly challenging range of complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation and leasing. The clients range from developers, lenders, REITs, privately and publicly funded entities, etc., both nationally and internationally based. Expertise in working with these types of transactions and these types of clients is critical for consideration.

To be considered for this opportunity, you need to have graduated in the top 5% of your law school class, have accumulated your 5-6 years’ experience at a large law firm handling similar types of complex commercial real estate, and be within reasonable distance to the New York city office (this position is a hybrid, offering 3 days onsite and 2 days at home).

The starting salary for this opportunity is between $345,000 to $370,000 annually (evaluation of your relevant experience and skill set will determine your actual salary).
