Job description
We are seeking a Real Estate Commercial Sales Agent to join our growing commercial real estate team. This position requires someone who can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The job will focus on the retail leasing and sales, investment properties, and development opportunities side of the commercial real estate business.
This position is commission only but you will get a steady flow of lead opportunities from our top residential agents and teams. Compensation:$85,000 - $130,000 at plan
Responsibilities:- Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client
- Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
- Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision
- Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner
- Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options, and analytical data
- Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
- Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal
- Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision
- Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market prices to clients
