As a NAPA Auto Parts Commercial Sales Manager, you have the opportunity to promote the entire NAPA line of products for a fast-paced leader in the automotive parts industry. Use your customer-focused sales skills to knock sales out of the park and manage your income potential to its highest potential.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Work with the Store Manager, Outside Salesperson, and owner to develop sales plans
- Promote the full line of NAPA products and programs to existing customers
- Develop new customer relationships with wholesales customers through prospecting and cold calling
- Maintain and grow current customer relationships
- Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times.
- Management of delivery staff
- Grow NAPA to be the dominant wholesale supplier in the market
Required skills include:
- Must be at least 18 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior automotive background or knowledge, ASE Certification is a plus
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with no prior DWI convictions
- Ability to juggle prospecting and cold calling while maintaining current customer business needs
- Ability to handle multiple phone calls, emails, and electronic orders simultaneously
- Ability to manage people
- Great communication skills and professional appearance
