We are seeking a talented and dynamic Communications Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of communication strategies to promote our brand and engage our audiences. The Communications Associate will work closely with the Communications Manager to create and deliver effective messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies that align with our company goals and objectives
• Assist in the development and execution of integrated communications plans to support business objectives
• Collaborate with the Sales team to develop effective sales strategies and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Plan and execute events, such as trade shows, product launches, and customer appreciation events
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met
• Meeting or exceeding performance goals, such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity

Requirements (good to have):

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks effectively and work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
