Waterford.org is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our Onboarding team.We are accepting children in Arizona through strategic partnerships and events with a focus on supporting our rural and indigenous communities. Come help us achieve our mission!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with organizations connected to/serving eligible families and children such as school and community resource agencies to facilitate recruitment partnerships in Arizona
  • Consistently update partner activities using a CRM so our team can effectively measure and communicate impact
  • Supports Cohort Activation Plan
  • Facilitates responsive partner and stakeholder engagement
  • Manages partner relationships
  • Prospect and identify community stakeholder leads through daily cold calling, emails, and attending events
  • Identifies and curates opportunities to engage with families and partners from diverse communities nationwide to participate in early learning programs
  • Monitors and reports on enrollment progress and prepares the team to achieve and exceed goals
  • Collaborate on and contribute to organizational DEI efforts and goals

Required Skills and Education

  • Is part of or had successful relationships within the Indigenous Community
  • Bachelor's degree in non-profit, business, psychology, sociology, education, human services or similar program (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3+ years proven experience in community organizing, community outreach or sales
  • Experience engaging with diverse populations and underserved communities
  • Strong project management skills and a history of project management success
  • Experience in Salesforce or equivalent CRM
  • Experience in k-12 or early education field and/or community organizing
  • Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them
  • Multilingual is a plus
  • Experience engaging with diverse populations and underserved communities

Waterford.org team members are located across the United States and primarily work from home. We anticipate this full time position will pay an annual base salary of $55,000-68,000 depending on the education, experience and skill level of the individual we hire. In addition to your base salary Waterford has an annual bonus program.
