TITLE OF POSITION: COMMUNITY LIAISON OFFICER
Salary Range: $35K - $55K DOE and the number of referrals one can start bringing from day one, plus Commission plus benefits(Health/Vision/Dental, 401K, profit sharing, etc)

* Proven track record with referral sources for Home Health Agency in Pueblo

AND/OR

* Knows and is familiar with multiple high volume referral sources in Colorado in general and Pueblo in particular, for Home Health Agency.

DUTIES

Is responsible for interaction, in the community, and promoting company services to referral sources.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Visit Doctors' offices, hospital discharge desks, Assisted Living facilities, and other possible referral sources, to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.

Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.

Develop a marketing plan, identify priorities, and set a reasonable timetable.

Implement marketing plan, staying within established timetable.

JOB CONDITIONS

Position is stressful in terms of meeting deadlines.

It is primarily a desk job, but involves travel to the referral sources' offices, as well as an inordinate amount of telephone communication.

It requires minimal lifting of office records and printouts.

Must have the ability to read 12 point, and larger, type, communicate clearly, and be able to adequately and efficiently communicate on the telephone.

Must be able to use a PC, calculator, multi-line telephone, and other office equipment.

COMPANY INFORMATION

Has access to patient medical and financial records, which may be discussed with management staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1-year experience in marketing, nursing or social work, interacting with health agencies and health professionals.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must be able to effectively and efficiently communicate, both, in writing, and orally, in English.
• Must be able to interact with health professionals, at all levels.
• Must have a criminal background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
