Job description
Position Summary: The Community Outreach/Sales Representative is responsible for cultivating, maintaining, and building relationships with community partners to drive new member acquisition and contribute towards center growth.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for participating and coordinating marketing events, following up with members, and partnering with prospects to convert leads into new patients
- Effective communication, planning and organization skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-motivated
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate with others
- Able to work under general direction and independently
- Manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a stressful environment
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening
- Knowledge of the services offered at the medical centers
- Meet monthly goals
- Perform other duties as needed by Director or Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Medical Clinic experience, preferred
- High school minimum
- Excellent telephone etiquette, emphatic, and dynamic.
- Bilingual
