Total Care Group is looking to add dedicated, timely, and professional staff to our Caregiving teams to support our residents through acts of daily living in their homes! We are companionship and communication based: *THIS IS NOT A PHYSICAL CARES BASED ROLE!*
Title: Resident Assistant
Shifts: 2nd shift (3pm - 11pm) part-time // 3rd shift (11pm - 7am) part-time
Location: Sheboygan County, Wisconsin

What You Will Do:
- Build strong, professional relationships with our residents.
- Care for the comfort and safety of residents.
- Provide verbal support and encouragement through acts of daily living.
- Participate in activities, transport residents to community events and jobs, and encourage a positive and active home atmosphere.
- Demonstrate patience, tolerance, understanding, and a sense of humor.
What You Need:
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possess a valid state of Wisconsin Driver's License.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to work every other weekend and some holidays.
