Job description

We are seeking an experienced concrete finisher to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of concrete finishing techniques, including stamped concrete, exposed aggregate, broom finish, and more. The ideal candidate will also have experience with concrete placement, screeding, and finishing tools.

Responsibilities:

• Place, screed, and finish concrete to the highest standard
• Use a variety of tools and techniques to create desired finishes, including stamped concrete, exposed aggregate, broom finish, and more
• Read and interpret construction drawings to determine project specifications
• Work closely with the construction team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a concrete finisher
• Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and tools
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Must have own transportation and tools
