Concrete Finisher

Specification Products, Inc., a highly innovative concrete technology and admixture company located in Noblesville, Indiana, is looking for a full-time Concrete Finisher to provide technical support to Regional Sales Managers and new and existing clients. This position offers a great opportunity for those with finishing experience to leverage those capabilities in a field support role versus a traditional heavy-lifting finishing role.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing Technical Support

· Assist Regional Sales Managers by providing technical support information and skills to new and existing clients

· Assist contractors and finishers on-site whenever technical assistance is required or preferred

· Assist with test sample collection and processing and internal data reporting

Providing Logistics Support

· Give advice and lend support to ready-mix producers (if and as needed) in connection with dispenser installation and maintenance

· Provide product handling and warehouse support when not in the field

Ensuring Customer Satisfaction

· Proactively engage with specifiers, contractors and ready-mix producers to ensure product availability and on-site technical support (as needed) in advance of project start and concrete placement

· Perform follow-ups during and after placement to ensure that contractor and customer interactions with our products result in the highest levels of service delivery and satisfaction

· Assist in solving any complaints or concerns relating to quality and general satisfaction with our products

· Escalate complaints and concerns to Regional Sales Manager for resolution

· Carry out regular post-placement customer satisfaction surveys to gather information on public perception and experience with company products

Contributing to Sales Volume Growth

· Assist in growing company sales volume by generating potential leads through day-to-day field interactions

Personal Specifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

Professional Affiliation: None required
Experience: At least 3 years’ experience working as a concrete finisher
Knowledge: Construction industry and concrete production
Skills: Planning, organizing, problem-solving, multi-tasking and good communication and people skills

Capabilities: Ability to travel to and participate in field projects, to work occasional weekends, evenings and early morning hours, to be on feet for long periods of time in all weather conditions, to bend and squat down with ease, and to routinely lift and move heavy materials and objects weighing 80-100 lbs

Authorization: Authorized to work for any employer in the US

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
