As part of a small passionate, and accomplished team of experts, you will participate in the development and implementation of configuration data management systems for New Glenn spaceflight systems. We are seeking an experienced individual with excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and analytics skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be primarily responsible for the team that implements and executes the end-to-end data management for the Integrated Launch Vehicle (ILV) used by the New Glenn business unit. You will ensure the implementation is consistent with company policies. In this hands-on position, you will work to increase the speed and efficiency of the program by supporting the timely delivery, quality, and transparency of data to support program activity and business systems.

Responsibilities:
- Implement Configuration Data management policies, procedures, and standards to be used for human rated spaceflight.
- Reconcile the As-Designed, As-planned, and As-Built configurations and report discrepancy reasons.
- Develop Acceptance Data Package (ADP) for Blue Origin customers
- Manage Supplier data in Blue Origin eco system
- Mentor /train team of auditors on the data management policies and procedures related to product reconciliation and data package.
- Establish effective communication with major stakeholders.
- Lead and/or support change control meetings to ensure risks and change impacts are well understood and documented
- Identify and implement system and process improvements as required to increase efficiency and quality
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Physical Configuration Audit (PCA) and First Article Inspection (FAI) process
- 2+ years of experience in BOM (Bill-of Material) reconciliation process by manual or automated process in major aerospace programs
- 2+ years of experience with complex product structure and effectivity framework from design to manufacture
- 2+ years of experience working in a highly regulated environment (automotive, medical device, aerospace, etc.).
- Deep experience with world-class toolsets for configuration management in complex products
- Proven ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally with staff at all levels of the organization and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, customers, and suppliers.
- Excellent technical writing and presentation skills.
- Proficient with configuration management principles and practices
- Proficient with product lifecycle management (PLM) and/or data management tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- AA/AS or BA/BS in a related technical or liberal arts discipline
- Familiarity with export control (EAR/ITAR) regulations
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

- Experience in aerospace or automotive industries
- Experience with 3DExperince, ENOVIA, Windchill, Creo/CATIA, MPMLink, DELMIA or MRP/MES systems
- Experience with IBM Jazz products
- Experience with Confluence & JIRA
- Experience with SAE EIA-649 or similar
- Experience with MIL-STDs
- Database or BI skills
