Cole Building Solutions LLC, headquartered in Silver Springs NY, is seeking individuals to expand our crews in the construction industry. We are a family owned and operated company that has grown rapidly in our 6 years of being in business. Our employees are very important to us and we'd love to add you to our team!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years carpentry experience
- Experience in post-frame construction required
- Experience in steel roofing/siding
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Ability to climb ladders/no fear of heights
- Valid drivers license
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and supervise a crew of 3-4 employees to construct building from start to finish
- Follow all code requirements
- Lift and carry materials
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
- Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and door frames
- Use of hand tools, power tools and various construction equipment
