As a Contact Centre Executive - for Jaguar Land Rover, you will proactively contact our customer base through a number of different communication channels to discuss new products available to them!

After 12 months your salary will rise to £22,000, after 24 months this will rise to £24,000. Your maximum earnings will be £26,000 per year.

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

If you are passionate about delighting your customers each day and believe in going above and beyond to exceed their expectations, then you’ll fit right in.

We’re looking for Customer Contact Executives to join a our team, based in Halesowen Contact Centre that will:

  • Actively support customer and vehicle needs and upsell/cross-sell services as appropriate.
  • Prepare and process leads from related systems, handle responses and follow-up non-responders.
  • Proactively contact leads and non-responders for all campaigns (outbound contact).
  • Maintain customer and vehicle data on behalf of the retailers across all JMG and manufacturer systems.
  • Proactively contact customers following their retailer experience and secure future business, thus improving customer retention.
  • Liaise with retailers to resolve issues and manage changes as required.
  • Manage outbound customer contact related to marketing campaigns.

With full training available from our dedicated Learning and Development team, you don’t need automotive experience to be successful. You’ll just need to:

  • Be an excellent communicator
  • Be happy to work to set objectives and within agreed timescales.
  • Self-motivated, organised with a strong attention to detail.
  • Tech savvy
