Make sure to include both the job title and location of the job if you email me directly. *** Permanent, full-time job ( direct hire ) offering W2 annual salary with full benefits and relocation assistance *** Job location: must be able on site in Hornell, NY ( 70 miles south from Rochester, NY ) - no remote work Continuous Improvement ( industrial / manufacturing ) Leader : - Develop the Continuous Improvement roadmap in coordination with all department managers - Work with a manufacturing site managing director on strategic transformation using SQCD ( Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery ) objectives and Continuous Improvement roadmap - Lead, coordinate and facilitate all improvement actions to reach targets defined with each manager based on Continuous Improvement roadmap using Continuous Improvement toolbox to deliver operational performance & develop local best practices that will be shared with the steering committee - Support Continuous Improvement deployment in each department by providing field expertise on lean & continuous improvement tools - Train employees on Continuous Improvement program, methodologies and tools - Consolidate and report deployment status to Managing Director and Continuous Improvement central team Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree ( industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or similar engineering degrees ) - Continuous Improvement experience related to industrial engineering / manufacturing processes, methods and operations, lean manufacturing ( 5S, Standard, Gemba, VSM, problem solving, performance and kaizen mindset, etc ) - Must have some supervisory / managerial experience to lead a team of 1-2 people and several years of total experience - we are not looking for recent college graduates Please send me your details (resume, work authorization status, current location, availability and compensation expectations) directly to: denis.potapenko@systemone.com for an immediate consideration.
