Under the supervision of the agency Contracts Division Director, candidate is responsible for the daily operation of the Contracts Management System to include user interface support, training, troubleshooting, contract template configuration, system monitoring, and reporting. Interaction with divisions throughout the agency to coordinate administration, system updates, and general program maintenance. Serves as a liaison between Finance & Operations and Information Technology to coordinate system implementation, upgrades, and supporting data governance policies to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as the primary lead to administer, maintain, document, and provide user interface support for the Contracts Management System in the Bureau of Business Management, Contracts Division. Responsible for the overall security and integrity of the system data and implements remediation for data integrity issues identified via reports and/or a QA/QI program. Provides user interface support, training, data quality monitoring, and reporting for system users and upper management. Ensure system compliance with federal and state technology policies and procedures.

Learn and stay abreast of updates to the agency's workflow for contracts. Work with the agency Office of General Counsel to configure and update contract templates.

Serve as a shopping cart creator for public health contracts. Receive initial and ongoing procurement training.

Participates in agency emergency response during times of natural and man-made disasters.
Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience in Information Technology, Health Information Systems, Network Administration, or a related field.
OR
Associate degree and four (4) years of experience in Information Technology, Health Information System, or Network Administration, or a related field
DRIVING RECORD: If this position requires the applicant to possess a valid driver’s license to operate a state vehicle or personal vehicle, any applicant being considered in the final stages of selection for the position will be required to provide a certified copy of a 10-year driving record.
