LHH is currently seeking a Contract Specialist/ Paralegal for a reputable Corporation in NYC. This is a Direct Hire position and it is hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home pending needs.

Responsibilities
- Analyze, review, negotiate and execute complex contracts in accordance with applicable legal and compliance procedures
- Prepare first drafts of a variety of contracts and assist with filing online
- Act as a main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to handle legal questions, issues or disputes
- Any other duties as required by supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 2+ years experience with contracts required
- Experience with consulting companies in construction and/or engineering industry required
- Experience with commercial/vendor contracts preferred
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance Control procedures
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- $65-$75k DOE
