We are looking for dedicated cooks for a busy scratch kitchen!

Restaurant Hours (actual working hours may run earlier or later).
Monday through Thursday 11am-10pm
Friday and Saturday 11am-11pm
Sunday 11am-9pm

MUST BE WILLING TO CLOSE.

PAY: $15 - $18 / HOUR

WHO WE ARE -- Old Ellsworth Brewing Company is an owner-operated microbrewery & restaurant. At any point, you will see one of us owners working FOH or BOH. We float where needed because we aren't absent! We are a local hotspot for the Queen Creek crowd. Guests join us for our casual atmosphere with fun, unique beer, and we proudly boast an Arizona-only bar! Our wine, spirits, and guest beer taps are only from Arizona! We offer a dog-friendly patio and Happy Hour runs Mon-Fri 3pm-6pm with $1 off all alcoholic beverages and $3 off all apps (excluding 6 wings).

JOB DESCRIPTION

Cooks are responsible for the preparation of food according to Old Ellsworth's guidelines and recipes. At the start of your shift, you will be assigned a station (ie: grill, sauté, pantry...). You will be cooking burgers/chicken, pasta or salads, restocking stations, and cleaning and closing (or opening) as per our guidelines. We keep a very clean kitchen!

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
-Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
-Answer, report and follow the Head Chef's instructions
-Maintain the cleanliness of your station and stock station at end of night or day start
-Stock inventory
-Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
-Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
-Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

REQUIREMENTS:
-Food Handler Certification
-Able to stand on feet for 6-8 hours at a time
-Teamwork oriented
-Punctual
-Stellar Attendance
