Job Title: Cook Location: North Canton, OH 44270 Wage: $15-16++ Tips Cash per hour (based on experience) Shift: Night shifts, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook delicious Southern-style dishes, including fried chicken, mac n' cheese, and other comfort foods, following established recipes and guidelines
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and work area
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts
• Follow food safety regulations and best practices
• Assist with food inventory and ordering as needed
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen setting
• Strong knowledge of Southern cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• ServSafe certification is a plus
