Coordinator, Game Presentation & Events

A key member of Overtime Elite's Game Presentation, Brand Experience and Community Engagement team, the Coordinator, Game Presentation & Events is responsible for helping to define and execute both the production strategy, operational processes, and execution of live events with an emphasis on game day management and production. The role will be tasked with ensuring the highest standards of presentation, production, and creativity are integrated into live events and woven into all Overtime Elite experiences.
What you'll do:
- Support the Game Presentation Director and Manager to concept, produce, and deliver OTE experiences across all areas of our business.
- Schedule and support the OTE on-site live game crew, talent, and key members of OTE staff.
- Lead the submittal, coding, and tracking of all departmental invoices and billing.
- Maintain and prepare event materials such as operational timelines, game scripts, run of shows, contact lists, staff & talent schedules, department inventories, and other documents pertinent for events.
- Contribute to the development of event concepts - including pitches, vision/mood boards, partnership integration, asset sourcing, and production.
- Updating graphic design templates for videboard and LED slates.
- Assist with brainstorming and creating new and innovative ways to enhance in-game entertainment with the goal of increasing fan excitement and extending the OTE brand.
- Research talent, props, giveaways, and contests for in-game entertainment.
- Manage and maintain Game Presentation assets and storage areas including t-shirts, swag bags, giveaway items, contest props, etc.
- Serve as stage manager on game days and events.
Who you are:
The ideal candidate is energized by the live event atmosphere, lives in the details, is solutions-oriented, blends operational excellence with creativity, and a commitment to innovation.
- Minimum 2+ years of live event, game presentation, and operations experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Comfort and experience with live event scripting and execution.
- Previous experience managing game day crews and 3rd party service providers.
- Highly motivated and proactive self-starter who works well as both team member and individual contributor.
- Experiential/ Production agency, sports league, or team experience preferred.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of basketball operations, fan experience and the Overtime demographic & culture.
- Graphic design experience preferred.
- Outstanding organizational skills, ability to follow through, and capable of meeting deadlines while balancing multiple projects and priorities.
- Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Works well in high pressure situations, and maintains poise in a live entertainment environment.
- Must be able to lift and carry 40 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations as necessary for event set up and strike, and able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to participate in the construction of event assets with or without reasonable accommodation.
