Position Overview:

As part of a collaborative Human Resources team, this position provides support in the success of our various HR programs and the development of our employees, and is a champion of our Company culture. Basic duties include HR projects and initiatives deemed necessary to assist in furthering the Company’s goal of fostering an engaging culture tied to Revlon’s Values.

Major Duties:

Focus on demonstrating teamwork within and outside of the HR Department in handling assigned responsibilities and activities.

HR Support
  • Assist HR Business Partners with the processing of full cycle employee experience paperwork, including onboarding, promotions, and terminations.
  • Maintain organizational charts and updates regularly.
  • Manage HR department budget planning and invoice/PO processing.
  • Support HR team in local initiatives; events, trainings, and other logistics (e.g. scheduling, technology set-up, room reservations, etc.) as may be needed.
  • Support the Senior HR Director with basic reporting to support the team.
Talent Management
  • Partner closely with the Senior HR Director on our global performance management process, including the rollout of annual goal setting and performance appraisals.
  • Assist with the global talent review process and collection of 9 box grids, leadership assessments and succession plans.
  • Develop materials to assist HR and the business in the success of these programs (e.g. trainings, user guides, communications, etc.).
Culture
  • Coordinate and facilitate various HR initiatives designed to foster a positive and engaging company culture.
  • Work with the global recognition team on the annual employee recognition program.
  • Manage the survey tool in creation of various surveys including engagement, Inclusion & Diversity, and pulse surveys; as well as other requirements as they arise

Experience:

  • 1-2 years' relevant HR Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Research, critical thinking and evaluation skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to flex with changes within an organization.
  • Involves key partners appropriately and makes sure the right people are informed.
  • Thinks ahead of schedules to provide seamless execution of deliverables and services.
  • Fosters teamwork and open communication at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and the initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time.
  • Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to be confidential and professional on sensitive and privilege information.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment.

The base pay range for this position in New York City is $55,000 - $65,000/year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
