Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY: The Planned Giving Coordinator supports and enhances the Planned Giving Program of the OSF HealthCare Foundation and throughout the Ministry. This position will interact with key external and internal constituencies to ensure optimal engagement experiences are executed for planned giving donors.

Expected pay for this position is $27.55 - $32.41/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Associate’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Communications OR five years of experience in Finance, Business and/or non-profit work.
- Experience: 3 years of MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Access, and databases.
- Licensure/ Certification: Raiser's Edge Fundamentals Certification within 15 months of hire.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: Financial and statistical record-keeping techniques.
- Licensure/ Certification: Raiser’s Edge Fundamentals Certification
Other skills/ knowledge:
- Highly detail oriented with critical degree of accuracy regarding data entry and analysis.
- Exemplary writing and editing capabilities.
- Work well as a team member and independently.
- Understand and follow directions and complex policies and procedures.
- Flexibility in work schedule to meet occasional demands of peak workloads.
- Interpersonal skills necessary in order to interact effectively with varying contacts within the organization and outside contacts such as donors and vendors.
