Litigation Printing and Office Services in Miami

Join an exciting company in a fast-paced copy services role supporting our customers in the legal field. It is a full-time position that offers competitive wages and benefits eligibility. Become a member of an on-site team delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include litigation printing and copying, basic convenience copier and printer area maintenance, mail shipping and distribution, hospitality services, facsimile services and other general office assignments.

We are looking for candidates preferably with copy and print experience in a legal environment with a demonstrated ability to provide a full spectrum of services working independently. A demonstrated ability of using exceptional customer service skills and being the primary or first point of contact for customers onsite will be most important along with an attention to detail in a multi-tasking, fast paced environment. Experience working in a law firm is strongly preferred. Advanced experience in litigation printing and copying, as well as coordinating with outside vendors for large projects is expected. Excellent verbal skills, math skills and proficiency with all contemporary office equipment including office computer software is required. A High School Diploma or equivalent will be strongly preferred.
