Description
We are looking for a dynamic, talented Corporate Strategy Director to join our team specializing in strategy for our Corporate Business Unit headquartered in Indianapolis, IN. The role is designated Hybrid and requires limited travel.
In this role, the Corporate Strategy Director will make an impact in the following ways:
- Directs a variety of business strategy projects that produce recommendations for addressing major strategic opportunities and plays a leadership role in the Strategy Function.
- Identifies major strategic opportunities that affect the industry or company.
- Leads and directs teams in the design and development of strategy.
- Partners with global teams to strengthen the strategy community across countries and business units.
- Works closely with the Business Segment Presidents and their Staffs, and key internal or external constituents.
- Communicates complex strategy topics clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences through both written and oral communication.
- Anticipates needs of the business with a strategic mindset; applies strategic frameworks to analyze problems and develop solutions.
- Provides quality assurance for manager-led projects.
- Drives continuous improvement for the strategy function to drive consistency and sustainability.
- Actively leads campus recruiting activities, including brand-building on campus through presentations, social interactions, and other activities on campus; interviews; interviews professional hires.
- Recruits, selects, develops, manages, motivates, coaches, and mentors managers; provides guidance and direction on problems and issues; delegates work assignments considering project demands, employee skills and development needs.

Strategy Core Project Output Creation - Drives project output through an insight-driven approach that is founded on efficient and prioritized usage of the resources, and high-quality, credible research and analysis.
Education
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree required.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations
Experience
- Significant relevant experience required, including managerial and budgetary experience.
- Industry and strategy consulting experience preferred.
- Leads 2-3 high-priority Corporate Strategy projects at a time, managing commitments and project schedules to deliver findings in support of leadership requirements
