*YOU MUST HAVE BEAUTY EXPERIENCE*

We are looking for someone who has a passion for the beauty industry. This person must be able to drive counter sales by building relationships with clients. Beauty selling is heavily influenced on building a loyal clientele, and by planning and executing large volume events. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with their clients and will go the extra mile to drive sales. Beauty advisors are expected to follow up with clients; inviting them to exclusive events and promotions. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering 5 star customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication skills to be performed daily

Greet customers with name immediately upon customer’s arrival, to begin engaging and thoughtful connection

Ability to serve multiple customers at peak times, without compromising their experience

Ability to build a long-term relationship with the customer ultimately leading to retention and loyalty

Daily use of Dillard’s clientele tools to capture customer profile

Utilize client “book” every day to connect with customers for outreach, appointments, promotions, events, replenishment to drive sales

Own and achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team sales goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Plano, TX 75093: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Makeup application: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
