Credentialing Coordinator
What you’ll be doing:
· Helping to get our traveling RNs and allied staff credentialed for positions at hospitals around the US.
· Reviewing attestation from facility and then collecting and reviewing immunization, licensure, education, testing and other documents from our candidates.
· Ensuring all documentation meets our client’s standards and identifying issues
· Uploading documents to our clients and vendors in the appropriate VMS
· Conducting background checks, setting up drug screens or other occu-health exams, and assigning competency exams with oversight and direction as needed.
· Interacting with our travel staff to ensure receipt of all necessary credentials within a specified time frame.
· Keeping our account managers and external clients apprised of our candidate’s progress.
· Ability to manage 6 to 12 placements at a time
· Maintaining compliance data and ensure employee compliance.
· Other duties and projects as assigned

· 0-1years of credentialing experience.
· Strong technology skills. We use Office, G-Suite, and Bullhorn daily.
What would be nice to have (preferred):
· Familiar with medical terminology, especially immunizations and vaccinations.
· Credentialing experience.
